Delivery Terms & Conditions
Three Day Delivery available Monday to Friday to residential addresses in Canada
All orders sent require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order, Canada Post will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office. If you are an Canada Post My Post customer you may be contacted by Canada Post prior to delivery offering their Safe Drop service where you waive the requirement for a signature. Note: if you elect to use this service, the agreement is between you and Canadian Post, and Premierempire company takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged items due to the use of this service. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Please note that international orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.
If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
Customs and import charges for international orders: Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges.

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions
No promo code needed! Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold.
The threshold for free shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied. Free shipping is a limited promotion and not available for orders delivered outside Canada.
Delivery Changes
We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances.
We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.
Shipping Options
- Standard: 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $10
- Express: 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $15
- International: 15 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays - $25
***Note***: Delivery is not available to PO Box addresses.
Processing Your Order
Express Delivery
If you place an express order before 2pm EST (Monday to Friday), your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the next day. If your order is placed after 2pm or on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
Standard And International Delivery
All orders with the Standard shipping option will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-4 business days.
Our warehouse is a Monday to Friday operation, subject to Public Holidays.
Please note delivery times are additional to these processing times, and vary from region to region.
Order Processing Times
Standard Shipping - Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm EST (eastern region) or 2pm PST (western region) will be shipped same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed out the next business day.
Express Shipping - Orders placed before our shipping cut-off time of 1pm EST (eastern region) or 1pm PST (western region) will be shipped same day Monday to Friday.
All orders placed after the local cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication.
During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note orders cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.
Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Shipping To Multiple Addresses
You may only ship to one address per order.
If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact Customer Care for assistance and we'll be happy to help you out.

Order Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.
You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the 'Status & Tracking' column. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.
Please note orders require a signature upon delivery.
Refused Shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call Customer Care so that we can assist you with your order as needed.
Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Redirecting An Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!

Pricing Errors
Premier Empire Inc reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. Premier Empire Inc will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.
Can you track your order?
Yes! After you finalise your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed. Once dispatched, a shipping notification email will automatically be sent to you by our courier company. This will allow you to trace your order (excludes Express Post satchels used from time to time).
